If you are coming to Newtown to cook and an exclusive kitchen is important – then Hollis is probably not for you. We suggest you consider one of our apartments instead. But for casual visitors who want to enjoy the huge variety of eating experiences on offer in Newtown this could be your answer. Store a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge, make a cup of tea in the morning and give yourself a break from slaving over a hot stove.
