It's a short walk to Newtown train station or head to King Street for buses to Sydney CBD This apartment has its own private entrance at ground floor level.
The apartment offers bedroom with queen size bed. The bedroom is situated at the the rear of the apartment overlooking the central gardens. Quality linen is supplied and there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room, suitable for an adult or child. A portable cot is available for families with babies. The fully tiled bathroom has a separate shower recess.
This fully furnished accommodation includes an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, cook top and full oven with lounge and dining area – all fully equipped and tastefully decorated. A high definition flat screen TV and DVD player are supplied for your entertainment.
There is an internal laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided for your stay but please note that the unit is not serviced. Basic items such as tea, coffee and sugar are supplied as well as cleaning supplies and equipment. Entry to Apt G03W is via an outdoor patio. This apartment will accommodate 3 guests.
