Unit 3 (Ground floor)
Unit 3 is a stylish and contemporary unit, one of 9 in a boutique apartment block. You won’t be disappointed with this location which offers buses at your doorstep and a choice of three rail stations (Newtown, Macdonaldtown and Redfern) - all within easy walking distance. Two supermarkets are just around the corner, where you will be able to stock up on any supplies required for your stay.
The apartment offers large bedroom with a king size bed which can be split to form two king singles if required. Quality linen is supplied and all beds are of hotel standard and extremely comfortable. There is a double sofabed in the sitting room, suitable for an adult or child. A portacot is available for families with babies. The fully tiled bathroom offers bath, and a separate shower recess.
This fully furnished accommodation includes an open-plan kitchen with lounge and dining area – all fully equipped and tastefully decorated. A high definition flat screen TV and DVD player are supplied for your entertainment.
There is an internal laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided for your stay but please note that the unit is not serviced. Basic items such as tea, coffee and sugar are supplied as well as cleaning supplies and equipment. Unit 3 has a large, outdoor deck with seating. A perfect spot for breakfast or an evening drink after a busy day of sightseeing. There is a secure underground car park for use by guests. A nightly rate is charged for car spaces – once again, please do apply for a space at the time of booking.
Rates are dependent on numbers of nights and time of year. The nightly rate becomes cheaper the longer you stay. Please note it is more expensive to stay over peak periods.
